本活動适合有(yǒu)過孕産經曆,并有(yǒu)産後修複需求的(de)女(nǚ)性參加。課前老(lǎo)師(shī)會(huì)對(duì)報(bàαo)名學員(yuán)的(de)身(shēn)體(tǐ)情況進行(xíng)一(yī)個(gè)調研評估,并結合大(dà)家(jiā)的(dεe)實際需求和(hé)身(shēn)體(tǐ)狀況,進行(xíng)有(yǒu)針對(duì)性的(de)教學。

Rose曾是(shì)一(yī)名婦産科(kē)的(de)護士長(cháng),具有(yǒu)十餘年(nián)産房(fáδng)助産工(gōng)作(zuò)經驗。離(lí)開(kāi)這(zhè)份頗有(yǒu)成就(jiù)感的(de)崗位後,Rose對(duì)普拉提一(yī)見(jiàn)傾心,走上(s₽hàng)另一(yī)個(gè)傳遞能(néng)量的(de)舞(wǔ)台,成為(wèi)一(yī)名普拉提教練。她(tā)在2015年(niáφn)起就(jiù)在知(zhī)名普拉提健身(shēn)中心擔任日(rì)常孕期普拉提教學,擔綱産後盆底肌恢複、産後腹直肌分(fēn)‍離(lí)恢複的(de)課程教學。

Rose used to be a head nurse in the obstetrics and gynecology department and has more tha n ten years of experience in midwifery in the delivery room. After leaving ÷this very fulfilling position, Rose fell in love with Pilates at first sight and stepped onto ano∏ther stage of delivering energy to become a Pilates instructor§. Since 2015, she has been teaching daily Pilates during pregnancy at a→ well-known Pilates fitness center, and is responsible for postpartum pelvic floor musc'le recovery and postpartum rectus abdominis separation and recovery.
