分(fēn)為(wèi)男(nán)生(shēng)和(hé)女(nǚ)生(shēng)，兩種标準，男(nán)生(shēng)50Kg 杠鈴   女(nǚ)生(shēng)20kg杠鈴，計(jì)時(shí)一(yī)分(fēn)鐘(zhōng)次數(shù)多(duō)者勝。

It is divided into boys and girls. There are two standards. Boys have 50Kg barbσells and girls have 20kg barbells. Those who count more than on©e minute win.
